Hope Always Finds A Way

The Red Pan

Something as simple as a new red frying pan shouldn’t get me so excited, but it has. Not only will it fit into EVERY drawer in my van, it’s perfect for the kind of cooking I do. I can get a perfect pancake, one fried egg, a pork chop or a hamburger cooked quickly and with less heat than a larger pan. Turtles, Coffee and Remarkable Coffee Shops

It’s been a little over nine years since I’ve been here. And back then, this place was a dry cleaners. For the past nine years or so it’s been a hot little coffee shop called “C’Ville Coffee.” It ranks as the TOP coffee shop I’ve ever been in. The owner, Toan Nguyen, not only greets you when you walk in, he has a conversation with you, finds out what brought you here. Very friendly guy!
